WiFi service. As the pioneers of WiFi on a bus service between
Washington and New York, we never stopped improving our
service. As demand grows and more and more people rely on a
fast and reliable network, we continue to upgrade our service to
the best that today's technology has to offer. We at BestBus are
committed to improvement so you can always be connected while
on a BestBus.

Recharging - We know it's important for you to be always connected to your devices and we know how frustrating it is to run out of battery right at this crucial moment. Our buses are equipped with power outlets for each passenger so you can power up your laptop, phone or tablet while on yourjourney on the BestBus. Every passenger has one power outlet and one USB port, just in case you don't have the A/C plug or you are visiting from over seas and don't have a matching plug, the USB port will help to keep you up and running.

Free Bottled Water - As we all know its important to stay hydrated throughout the day, BestBus always provides you a free bottle of water when boarding the bus so you can catch your breath, sit back, relax, have a refreshing sip of cold water and enjoy the ride.

Rescheduling your BestBus Trip - Something just came up and you have a change in plans, what do you do now? No worries, you can reschedule your ticket for FREE! if you are not a Best Bus member (which we see no reason why you shouldn't become one since it is completely free), you can reschedule your reservation up to 24 hours before departure time. You're a member?? Even better! you can reschedule up to 12 hours before your departure time! Wait, you're a VIP member’? even a last minute change isn't a problem as our VIP members can reschedule up to 2 hours before departure!

BestBus always on time - We are committed to get you to your destination quickly and safely, therefore our departure times are sacred to us and we aim to have your BestBus rolling on time. Of course, there may be some delays caused by traffic and weather conditions, but until we find a way to control these (we are trying hard, but no luck so far), we will do all that is in our power to make sure that your BestBus leaves at the scheduled departure time.

Clean and Fresh Facilities - Visiting public restrooms is not always a pleasant experience, but usually a necessity. The restrooms aboard our BestBuses are cleaned and sanitized before every trip and are equipped with toilet paper, hand sanitizer and air fresheners. The restrooms are well ventilated and a very elaborate flushing system that helps to keep the restrooms fresh.

Guaranteed Seat - We don't believe in maybe, we believe in mutual commitment. You purchase a ticket for your desired date and time and we will guarantee your seat on this bus. We do not over-book our buses and do not gamble with your seat to see if you will show up or not. Your seat is yours until death do us part, or at least until 15 minutes before departure time…

Free Smile - Our BestBus team has been together with us from the early days of the company, and if you are a regular BestBus rider then you have grown to appreciate the same smiling faces greeting you at the bus. We like to think of our company as a family and each and every one of us is committed to giving you the BestBus experience possible, with a smile of course :)

There are no Hidden Fees with BestBus-We believe in full transparency, what you see is what you pay. No booking fees, No facility fees, No Handling fees, No baggage fees for the first two pieces of luggage, No seat selection fees. The published price of the trip is what you will pay, and a bit less if you become a VIP Member.
